We Had A Baby….

…for our first newborn photography session! We worked with a great couple from central New Hampshire. They had cleared a space for us to work before we had even gotten there. The lights were set up and the backdrops and blankets were set up. The heater was ready and warming the space. Dayna and I cleared the area and asked for mom to bring in the baby. After a few minutes getting our feet wet, we had that newborn posing like a star. Well, not really, but she was so great. She let us change hats and little ribbons on her tiny head. I moved the lights and Dayna spotted the baby. We took shot after shot. We then changed the pose and took some more photos. It was really was fun and easy. It was looking more and more like a regular photo shot. Once you know how to do something, it is easy to apply it in new areas. When a husband and wife can team up together like this to grow a side of my portrait business there is nothing we can not do. I look forward to working with my wife again real soon on some more newborn photography. We have two more shoots coming up later this week.
