There is something special about have your wedding at The Wentworth Inn in Jackson, NH, From the historic Inn with amazing pavilion to the location being a stones throw to the beautiful Jackson Falls. This day had many blessings and it ending with a rainbow.
The sun was shining, but then it rained. Soon after, the sun returned, accompanied by not one, but two rainbows. The day unfolded perfectly. The wedding ceremony took place outdoors by the river right next to the Wentworths gazebos. Making for a beautiful backdrop.
It was a hot day, but a gentle breeze kept the temperature comfortable. As the day progressed, humidity built up, and, like many summer nights in Mount Washington Valley, it created the perfect recipe for an evening thunderstorm. With Jackson Falls being right up the road we had to make our way there for a few bridal portraits during the cocktail hour. We lucked out on the timing, just as we finished there, the rain began. It poured heavily for about thirty minutes. We where safe under the venues massive wedding tent. As quickly as it started the rain stopped and something magical happened. Two vibrant rainbows appeared. We seized the moment and captured a few bridal portraits as they reflected over head. Most of the wedding guests stepped out side to grab a photo in this moment. This added an extra touch of wonder to an already amazing day.
