The last day of the year became the first day of the rest of their lives. Being together for 13 years is an incredible accomplishment—but marrying your best friend on New Year’s Eve is truly one for the books.
We wrapped up our wedding season in style at "Mill Falls at the Lake" in Meredith, NH, also part of Church Landing that sits water side on the well-known Lake Winnipesaukee. The wedding began after dark, but that didn’t stop us from stepping outside a few times for photos. The bride was so brave, enduring the wind and light snow—and it was absolutely worth it.
I could go on and on about every detail, but let’s just say it was a great day for everyone. One of the highlights was a bagpiper playing in honor of the U.S. Marines, of which the groom—and many guests—are proud members. They even cut the cake with his sword.
As the countdown drew closer, the dance floor filled with guests ready to ring in the New Year. Thank you again to this amazing couple for trusting us not only to capture your day, but to be part of your New Year’s celebration.
There is a few images here that I used Ai to add a rustic mood too. Using the latest technology is one way to grow and create art that is in some ways out of this world.
